As we add features to this new website, residents will be able to find HOA documents and news, as well as be able to view their account and make online payments.
We are developing the updated lot owner database and will upload that to this website (we hope by mid-January IF we get all contact sheets - as of Jan 19 we have less than 1/2 the needed contact sheets). NOTE: This has been delayed due to lack of sufficient response.
DUES INVOICES for 2024 have been mailed. Please be sure to read ALL materials enclosed therein and respond as requested.
In the meantime, you can make payments by using the "Payments" link at the top, then click on "Dues"; enter the amount you want to pay; click on "Continue and Pay"; then enter your means of payment. There will be an amounted added (about 3%) for the credit card fees charged by Stripe. You must be registered and logged in.
